7:48--Eagle flew down after a PG after it came out of the burrow, chased it toward the water, but did not get it and flew north to another tree.
7:54--Adult PG in the water ate the sculpin in its mouth.
Saw an adult-sized but not quite as filled out--dark bird with the beginnings of streaks of white wing patch.--likely a 1-2 wk old fledgling not yet able to fly?
There was a boat with 2 people fishing at my site when I arrived. They left as I arrived. (Not sure if this was a disturbance?) There were no PG's from 8:05 until 8:46 at which time a PG flew in with a sculpin in its mouth. At 9:00, it flew straight out to sea. The other PG was a juvenile--mottled. I heard cheeps from the bluff on and off. No other activity.

We had 0 PG's, but we did see a Marbeled Murrelet (juvenile?)--very dark brown body, black head, no neck, creamy belly, 2 Common Loons and a Pacific Loon (or a juvenile Common?), a Great Egret, and a HUGE Great Blue Heron--maybe juvenile?
