The PG's were sitting out on the water, sometimes flying around, sometimes on rocks, but there was NO burrow activity today and no PG's were seen carrying prey. One pair of PGs seen mating on rocks.
Lots of other species were close to PGs: Common and Pacific Loon, Surf Scoters, 4 male Harlequin Ducks, Rhino Auklet, Pelagic Cormorant, Caspian Terns, Heermann's Gulls, Grebe?

An eagle was perched in a fir tree at the southwest end of the colony, the PGs stayed out off the beach for the entire hour.
